Tokken is a card-driven pawn race. Your cards are your moves: launch pawns, move forward, swap positions, send opponents five spaces ahead, split a seven and use black spots as tactical shortcuts.

CORE RULES
The Tokken deck
Config-driven from the supplied Tokken rules: 18 positions between home bases and a black spot 7 positions into each segment.
Dealing: 5 cards → 4 cards → 4 cards. Partners exchange one closed card after each deal. If none of your cards can be played, your whole hand is discarded.
Rules scope: current Tokken rules support 3–8 players, and Tokkenspel also publishes a separate official 2-player ruleset. Solo Trainer is the only PlayTokken practice mode; multiplayer uses the Tokken card actions and the matching team/individual structure.
Fair play online: every online table receives a server-side shuffle commitment before the first move. The random seed is revealed after the match so the deal can be verified independently.
